I coach runners at every distance — first-time 5Kers, BQ chasers, and ultra-marathoners building up to their first 50- or 100-miler. We'll work on form (the cheap free speed most runners ignore), training-load periodization, race-day pacing strategy, and the mental game that separates a strong final 10K from a death march. Injuries, plateaus, and DNFs welcome.

Got a goal race on the calendar? Bring it. We'll break down the course profile, weather forecast, your fueling timeline, pace targets by mile, and the if/then decisions you'll face when the wheels start coming off. Most runners cobble this together the night before — let's do it three weeks out.
