30 MINUTES: "Why am I getting screened out?" Best for a resume/LinkedIn teardown, a single offer question, or one quick decision. You'll get my 10-second recruiter verdict, your biggest screening issues, a rewritten headline and summary, your weakest bullets fixed, and the keywords you're missing. 60 MINUTES: "Where should I be going, and how do I get there?" Everything in the 30-minute call, plus a full comp and negotiation strategy, a tiered list of target companies, a real job description broken down against your resume, a skill-gap plan (which certs are worth it and which are filler), and a step-by-step action plan to your next level.
