I help investors scale their portfolios and real estate agents build businesses serving investor clients. I coach from direct experience: I’ve closed more than $100 million in investment real estate deals for clients, flipped more than 200 homes, and manage my own portfolio of commercial properties, single-family homes, Airbnb properties, and manufactured home parks. I’m CEO and team leader of The Operative Group, a RealTrends and Wall Street Journal Top 10 real estate team in Oregon. My experience includes structuring transactions with notes and trust deeds, interest-only terms, real estate options, and complex development deals. I’ve also worked across design/build construction, syndication funds, probate real estate, and rental property liquidation. I spent five years running a Silicon Valley positioning and marketing agency for real estate professionals. In my own business, I’ve generated more than 50,000 leads in my database and manage a marketing budget exceeding $20,000 per month. I’ve coached more than 50 investors and agents on building their businesses, and invested more than $150,000 of my own money in residential and investment real estate coaching and masterminds. I’m a featured BiggerPockets agent, part of a Best of Zillow Preferred Team, a Lane County Multimillion Dollar Producer, and an Elite Agent at Real Brokerage. I serve as board president of the Rental Owners Association of Lane & Douglas Counties, whose members are connected to more than 15,000 rental units. I hold a bachelor’s degree in advertising from KSU and am a licensed Oregon Principal Broker, #201235300. Outside work, I’m a husband and dad of two. My family and I love to travel, play sports, and enjoy the life we’re building together.

START WITH THE REAL ESTATE GROWTH DIAGNOSTIC This 15-minute working session is $99 total, including the platform fee. It’s for investors ready to scale and agents ready to build an investor-focused business. We’ll examine your biggest growth constraint, the numbers and systems behind it, and your top three priorities for the next 30 days. Come prepared to share where your business stands and what you want to change. FOR INVESTORS Improve your acquisition strategy, deal pipeline, follow-up, and operating systems so your business can support a larger portfolio. FOR AGENTS Define the investor clients you want to serve, strengthen your positioning and lead generation, and build a repeatable process for earning and serving their business. You’ll leave the diagnostic with a clearer path forward. If ongoing private coaching is a fit, we can discuss it at the end of the session.
How I Work
The diagnostic identifies where to focus first. Ongoing coaching is where we build, implement, and refine the plan. We start with your goals, profit and loss statement, deal or client pipeline, marketing, and current systems. Then we set priorities, track the KPIs that matter, and review your execution together. Your coaching plan is tailored to your business. Topics we can work through include: FOUNDATIONS: Contracts, appraisals, inspections, financing, underwriting, due diligence, zoning, and the buy and sell sides of a transaction. SPECIALIZED OPPORTUNITIES: Manufactured homes, probate, pre-foreclosure, tax liens, fire-damaged properties, and real estate situations involving divorce. LEAD GENERATION: Client acquisition marketing, buyer and property lists, follow-up, and lead sources I’ve tested—including where they underperform. INVESTMENT STRATEGY: Portfolio growth, fix-and-flip, value-add projects, leases, subject-to transactions, and novation. ADVANCED GROWTH: Social media, YouTube, hard and private money, wholesaling, development, buy-and-hold, medium- and short-term rentals, and 1031 exchanges. We won’t race through a curriculum. Each session ends with specific next steps, and we use your results to decide what to address next. I work best with people who welcome direct feedback and execute between calls.
