Over the past 20+ years, I’ve worked across product and design at Facebook, InVision, LinkedIn, Lynda.com, and others. Most recently, I served as Head of Product & Design at GrowthDay, leading product strategy, UX systems, and growth initiatives across coaching, habit formation, learning, and community—scaling a platform focused on real behavior change. Previously, I was a Senior Design Specialist at InVision, partnering with enterprise teams to elevate design maturity through consulting, mentorship, and executive workshops.
