I'm Mike Horne, Ph.D., an executive advisor, author, professor, and host of *The People Dividend Podcast*. I've spent my career helping leaders build organizations where people and performance thrive together. My work draws on decades of experience in executive leadership, organizational development, and human resources. I've worked with leaders facing difficult decisions, organizational change, strained relationships, and the challenge of getting talented people to work effectively together.
