I work with people who want yoga to be more than a workout — busy professionals struggling with stress, beginners intimidated by classes, and intermediate students stuck in the same flow forever. We'll find a practice that fits 15 minutes a day or 90 minutes on weekends, focus on breath as much as posture, and build the kind of consistency that actually shifts how you feel.

I usually share a 5-minute guided meditation at the start of each call. Free, no commitment — just a small reset before we dive into your questions. If you've never meditated before, this is the easiest possible doorway in.
